| Don't worry if
your computer skills are lacking! The contest organizer will
be conducting a free-of-charge correspondence course about
how to create a website/web pages using Microsoft Word
(Windows version). This course is offered to those who wish
to participate in the 2008 Japanese Web Page Contest, but
please note that you do not have to take part in the contest
in order to take this course. |

| The course
consists of five sessions (one session per week) and each
session will take about 30 to 60 minutes to complete. The
instructions come with MANY ILLUSTRATIONS and EASY,
USER-FRIENDLY LANGUAGE. Within five weeks, you will be able
to run your own website! |

2007 course which were found to be not important or
difficult have been omitted from this year's course, so it
should be much easier to follow this time. |

| For the course,
we will use email to correspond. You will set up your own
website on the Internet from week 1 so that the instructor
can check on your progress. The course will start February
29, 2008 and finish the last week of March. |
